Creating a Package
Packages are the membership plans you sell to members. Create one for each plan your gym offers.
Steps
- Go to Packages in the sidebar
- Click New Package
- Fill in the details
- Click Save
Fields explained

| Original Amount | Yes | The value credited to the member's wallet |
| Final Amount | Yes | What the member actually pays (can be less than original if there's a built-in discount) |
Original Amount vs Final Amount
- Original Amount = wallet credit (what the member gets)
- Final Amount = what the member pays
Example: A package gives ₹6,000 of wallet credit but you charge only ₹5,500 as a promotional price.
- Original Amount = ₹6,000 (goes to wallet)
- Final Amount = ₹5,500 (member pays this)
The difference (₹500) is effectively a built-in package discount.
Editing a package
Click the package name from the Packages list → click Edit. Changes only affect future recharges — existing wallet transactions are not affected.
Deleting a package
Packages with existing recharge history cannot be deleted. You can instead stop using the package by not selecting it for new recharges.
tip
Create separate packages for different durations — e.g. "1 Month", "3 Months", "6 Months", "Annual". This makes it easy to track which plan members are on.
