Settings
Settings control how your MyWRB account looks and behaves. Go to Settings in the sidebar to access all configuration options.
Organisation
Settings → Organisation
Set up your gym's core information:

| Business Name | Appears on every invoice |
| Address | Printed on invoices and receipts |
| Phone & Email | Shown on customer-facing documents |
| Logo | Upload your gym logo (PNG/JPG, recommended 200×200px) |
| GSTIN | Your GST registration number (for tax invoices) |
Invoice Settings
Settings → Invoice
Customise how invoices look and are numbered:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Invoice Prefix | e.g. INV produces INV-0001, INV-0002 … |
| Starting Number | Set this when migrating to continue your existing numbering |
| Counter Sale Prefix | Separate prefix for counter sale receipts |
| Footer Text | Message shown at the bottom of every invoice (e.g. "Thank you for your business!") |
| Show Logo | Toggle whether your logo prints on invoices |
Pricing Tiers
Settings → Pricing Tiers
Define commission tiers for your partners programme. Each tier sets a rate (percentage or flat amount) that determines how much a partner earns per referral.
- Click New Tier to add a tier
- Assign tiers to partners from the Partners module
Profile Settings
Settings → Profile
Update your own user profile — name, email, and password.
Billing
Settings → Billing
View your current subscription plan, usage vs. limits, and renewal date. Upgrade your plan from here.
Set up your Organisation details and Invoice Settings before creating your first sale. These appear on every invoice you generate, and changing them later won't update invoices already created.
