Audit Logs
The Audit Log is a complete record of every action taken in your account — who did what, and when. It cannot be edited or deleted.
Accessing Audit Logs
Go to Audit Logs in the sidebar.
What's tracked
Every significant action is logged, including:
| Action | Examples |
|---|---|
| CREATE | New member added, new sale created, new purchase recorded |
| UPDATE | Member details edited, sale modified, package updated |
| DELETE | Member deleted, sale deleted |
| CANCEL | Counter sale cancelled |
| ADD_PAYMENT | Payment recorded on a sale, purchase, or recharge |
| REVERSE | Payment reversed |
| RECHARGE | Wallet recharged |
Filtering the audit log
Use the filters to narrow down what you're looking at:
- Entity Type — filter by what was acted on: SALE, PURCHASE, PAYMENT, PROFILE, PRODUCT, etc.
- Action Type — filter by what happened: CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE, etc.
- Date range — see actions from a specific period
- User — see actions by a specific team member
Reading an audit entry
Each log entry shows:
- Date and time of the action
- User who performed it
- Action (CREATE, UPDATE, etc.)
- Entity (what was changed — e.g. Sale #INV-0042)
- Details — a summary of what changed (old vs. new values for updates)
Common use cases
- Something looks wrong — check the audit log to see who changed it and when
- A payment is missing — search for ADD_PAYMENT actions to find all payments recorded
- A member was deleted — search for DELETE actions on PROFILE to find it
- End-of-day review — filter by today's date to see everything that happened
