Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. Here's what every number and section means.
Summary cards (top row)
| Card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total Members | All active member profiles in your account |
| New Members | Members added in the current month |
| Total Sales | Total revenue from product sales this month |
Outstanding dues (middle section)
These three cards show money that hasn't been collected or paid yet:
| Card | What it means |
|---|---|
| Sales Receivable | Customers who bought products but haven't paid the full amount yet |
| Purchase Payable | Amounts you still owe to your suppliers |
| Wallet Recharge Dues | Members who enrolled in a package but haven't paid in full |

Click any dues card to go directly to the Dues page filtered for that type — so you can act on them immediately.
Recent Sales
A quick list of the latest sales invoices — who bought what and the payment status. Click any row to open the full sale.
Quick Actions
Shortcuts to the most common tasks:
- New Sale — start a product sale
- New Counter Sale — start a shake/meal prep order
- Recharge Wallet — add a package to a member
- New Purchase — record a stock purchase
Low Stock Alerts
Products that are running low or out of stock appear here. Click a product to view its inventory detail.
Understanding payment status badges
You'll see these throughout the app:
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 🟢 Paid | Fully paid, nothing outstanding |
| 🟡 Partial | Part of the amount has been paid, remainder is due |
| 🔴 Pending | No payment has been recorded yet |
