Subscription Plans & Limits
MyWRB runs on a subscription model. Your plan determines which features are available and how many records you can create.
Checking your current plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- Your active plan name
- Renewal date
- Current usage vs. your limits
Feature limits
Some features are gated by plan. If you try to use a feature not included in your plan, you'll see an upgrade prompt.
Common limits include:
- Number of active members — how many member profiles you can have
- Ledger accounts — access to the full chart of accounts
- Reports — advanced financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance)
- Partners programme — replacement tracking and partner management
Upgrading your plan
Go to Settings → Billing → Upgrade Plan.
Upgrades take effect immediately — you'll have access to the new features right away.
What happens if I hit a limit?
- You can still view existing records
- Creating new records of that type is blocked until you upgrade or free up space
- A clear message will tell you exactly what the limit is and which plan removes it
