Stock Alerts

MyWRB automatically flags products that are running low or out of stock so you can reorder before you run out.

Alert types​

Where alerts appear​

Dashboard — the Low Stock Alerts section at the bottom of your dashboard shows all products that need attention. Click any product to go directly to its inventory detail.

Inventory page — filter the inventory list by Low Stock or Out of Stock to see only the items that need restocking.

Acting on an alert​

When you see a low-stock alert:

  1. Check with your supplier for availability
  2. Record a Purchase once you receive the stock
  3. The alert clears automatically once stock is above the threshold

Low stock threshold​

The threshold for "low stock" is set per product. To change it:

  1. Go to Products
  2. Open the product
  3. Edit the Low Stock Threshold value
  4. Save

Set this to a comfortable buffer — enough stock to last until your next typical delivery arrives.
