Recycle Bin
When you delete a member, they move to the Recycle Bin instead of being permanently removed. All their history is preserved.
Accessing the Recycle Bin
Go to Members → click Recycle Bin (near the top right). You'll see all deleted members with the date they were deleted.
Restoring a member
- Find the member in the Recycle Bin
- Click Restore
- The member reappears in the active Members list with all history intact — sales, payments, wallet recharges, body stats
Permanently deleting a member
From the Recycle Bin you can also permanently delete a member.

Permanent deletion cannot be undone. All data — sales, payments, wallet history — will be removed. Only do this if you are completely certain.
When should I use delete?
- Duplicate profile was created by mistake
- Member has permanently left and you want to clean the list
- Test profiles created during initial setup
If there's any chance the member returns, leave them in the Recycle Bin rather than permanently deleting.
