Members Report

The Members Report shows membership trends — how many members joined, how many are active, and how your membership base is growing.

Accessing the report​

Go to Reports → Members Report.

What's shown​

  • Total active members
  • New members added in the selected period
  • Members with active packages vs. expired packages
  • Join date distribution (how many joined each month)

Filters​

Use cases​

  • Monthly review — how many new members joined this month?
  • Retention check — how many members have renewed vs. not renewed?
  • Growth tracking — is membership growing month over month?
