Inventory Report
The Inventory Report shows your current stock levels across all products — what you have, what's low, and what's out of stock.
Accessing the report
Go to Reports → Inventory Report.
What's shown
- All products with current stock quantity and unit
- Low stock and out-of-stock flags
- Stock value (quantity × purchase price)

Use cases
- Weekly stock check — identify what needs reordering
- Stocktake — compare the report against a physical count
- Valuation — see the total value of inventory you're holding
Exporting
Click Download CSV to export the full inventory list. Share with your accountant for valuation or with your procurement team for reordering.
